DQE Laboratory

To ensure that every product meets the highest standards, we’ve established a cutting-edge DQE Laboratory, strategically integrated with our QA department. Staffed by a team of 10 expert safety and test engineers, this facility is dedicated to verifying the precision and quality of our designs.

Full Range Of Testing

Our advanced testing center boasts a comprehensive range of specialized labs, including an EMI Test Laboratory, Reliability Laboratory, Mechanisms Laboratory, Safety Regulation Laboratory, Noise and Compatibility Laboratory, and Routine Test Verification Laboratory. We also operate three EMC Test Laboratories, capable of conducting nearly all certification-required tests and verifying our own enterprise-developed standards.

Industry Partnerships

Our commitment to excellence is further strengthened by long-standing partnerships with renowned labs such as TÜV SÜD, TÜV Rheinland, SGS, CVC, and CEPREI. We're also in the process of establishing an EMC darkroom and are in discussions to become a TÜV Witness Laboratory, reflecting our unwavering dedication to quality and innovation.

Reliability Laboratory

• Life-span Test: The product undergoes a rigorous one-month, full-load endurance test to ensure functionality before trial production. • Constant Temperature and Humidity Test: Tailored to product use scenarios, this test evaluates storage and aging under specific temperature and humidity conditions. • High and Low-temperature Test: This dual verification process assesses product reliability during sudden temperature and humidity shifts, covering both storage and aging scenarios. • High-temperature Test: Focuses on ensuring product reliability when exposed to extreme high-temperature conditions.

Mechanisms Laboratory

• Tumbling Barrel Test: Ensures that wall charger pins remain intact, without bending or breaking. • Directional Drop Test: Assesses product reliability when dropped from specific heights and angles. • Plugging & Unplugging Test: Evaluates the durability of USB and other interfaces after repeated use, ensuring reliable electrical contacts. • Power Strip Plugging & Unplugging Test: Verifies the service life of power strips through repeated plugging and unplugging. • Swing Test: Tests the durability and toughness of wire welding under repeated stress.

Noise and Compatibility Laboratory

• Noise Test: Measures and verifies the noise levels of products, including charging sounds and part vibration noise. • Compatibility Test: Beyond using professional charging protocol testers, we assess product compatibility by charging the latest models of smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other devices. We observe the charging status and curve, comparing results with original chargers to ensure reliability.

Safety Regulation Laboratory

Comprehensive Safety Tests: Includes a range of critical safety tests such as temperature rise, static electricity and lightning, high voltage, primary and secondary high voltage, grounding impedance, current leakage, flame retardant, and ball pressure tests for plastic materials.

Standard Testing Procedures

Routine Tests: Encompasses input and output function tests, key component margin tests, two-dimensional structural part tests, printing abrasion tests, salt spray tests, RoHS tests, and more, ensuring both product design and certification requirements are met.
